HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

No worries — if your items are small enough, they will be placed in your mailbox. Otherwise, your package will be held at your local post office for pickup.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately and we will update your information. Otherwise, as stated in our terms and conditions, once a package has been shipped from our warehouse, no changes can be made.

Is your website secure?

This website is 100% secure — some might even say 300% secure. Here’s why: First, our entire site is hosted on a secure HTTPS server (the padlock icon in your browser confirms it). Many websites only secure the checkout page, but on our site, EVERY PAGE is secure and protected from malware or hacking attempts. What payment methods do you accept?

What if I’m not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% “satisfied or refunded” guarantee! If for any reason the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days after delivery for a full refund once it arrives back to us. Returned items must be in perfect condition, and return shipping costs are your responsibility. Proof of postage must be emailed to us as confirmation.
